This policy explains what information Gaaha Studio (“Gaaha”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it deliberately short because the site collects very little.

Who we are

Gaaha Studio is a technical apparel design studio based in India. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy, and we handle it in line with applicable data protection law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies to you, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

The only information you actively give us is what you enter into the contact form: your name, your email address, and the optional details you choose to share about your brand and product - company name, what you are developing, your current project stage, and your message.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through the form.

Why we collect it

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply with the most useful next step. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How the form works

The contact form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form service, which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Your submission is processed and stored on Formspree’s systems under their own privacy terms, and then reaches our inbox. We rely on their infrastructure only to deliver your message; we do not run our own tracking on the form. Formspree may process your submission outside your country, including in the United States.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts and images are served from our own site rather than third-party services. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will update this page to say so before doing it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, ask us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Because we do not publish a direct email address or phone number, the way to reach us for any privacy request is the same as any other enquiry: send it through our contact form and note that it concerns your data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it. Continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
