The development journey
The project moves from colour and silhouette into separate outer-and-liner specifications, then reconnects those decisions through fit, materials and the worn product.

Stage 01 / Visual direction
The colour CAD establishes three grounded colourways while holding the two-layer silhouette, drawcord waist, side slit and back ventilation language consistent.
Stage 02 / Technical definition
The outer short carries the pockets, back zip, side opening and laser-cut vent zones. The built-in liner is documented separately so seam, pocket and attachment logic remain explicit.
Stage 03 / Fit system
A shared point-of-measure guide connects the outer shell to separate graded specifications for the main short and inner tight, keeping their relationship measurable across the size range.
Measurement values and client details remain intentionally blurred in the original files.
Stage 04 / Detail and material definition
The artwork sheet fixes the vent pattern and label applications, while the bill of materials consolidates component, placement, content, colour, quantity and supplier references.
Stage 05 / Worn resolution
Campaign photography closes the loop from specification to product, showing the layered proportion, colour variants, contextual and studio views, and the logo relationship at garment scale.
