01Concept & range planning

Shape the idea.

The brief is rarely ready to hand to a factory. This stage turns a product idea into a focused direction - what the garment needs to do, how it should be built, which materials and construction approach are in scope, and how it fits within a range if more than one style is involved.

02Design & fashion flats

Define how it's built.

Technical fashion flats define exactly how the garment is constructed - panels, seam lines, pocket placement, trim positions and any print or embellishment zones. These are working technical documents, not mood images. They become the foundation for the tech pack and the central reference throughout sampling.

03Technical development & tech packs

Document it for manufacture.

A tech pack is the document a manufacturer uses to build your product. Gaaha's tech packs include construction diagrams, material call-outs, trims specification, stitching detail, points of measure and label or artwork guidance - complete enough to go to sample without a separate briefing call.

04Sampling & fit

Refine through sampling.

The first sample is rarely the final one. This stage involves reviewing samples against the spec, identifying what to change - construction, fit, fabric behaviour, stitching - and issuing precise correction instructions. Gaaha coordinates each round so the factory has a clear technical brief for every iteration.

05Production handover

Hand over for production.

Before a product moves to production, all technical documentation is confirmed against the approved sample. Measurements, materials, trims and artwork are reconciled and structured for the manufacturer. The handover is thorough enough that a factory can build from it without Gaaha's direct involvement in every step.
